Conditions
A minimum two-night stay applies to all bookings. On the Australia Day, June & October Long Weekends; Easter, Anzac Day, New Year’s Eve and Public Holidays a three-night minimum applies.
The Maximum number of Guests per pavilion is two (2) adults.
A deposit of 50% of the accommodation tariff is required to confirm bookings. Until the deposit has been received no booking is guaranteed. The balance owing (including any additional extras) will be charged to your credit card seven (7) days prior to your arrival.

Once the name of a booking is confirmed the booking cannot be transferred to another party without the consent of Wild Edge Retreat.
The Retreat is strictly for adult couples (or singles) only. No Children or Pets (other than registered Assistant or Support animals – documentation required) are permitted at the Retreat whatsoever. Any Guests arriving with children or pets will not be permitted to use the Retreat and will forfeit any monies paid.
Unless prior permission is given by Management, Guests are not permitted to invite anyone onto the property, this includes family, friends or service providers such as caterers or massage therapists. Any third persons who attempt to enter the property will not be admitted. Guests arriving or re-entering the Retreat with any additional persons will not be permitted to use the Retreat and will forfeit any monies paid.
The Retreat has a strict ‘No Smoking Indoors’ policy for all of our Pavilions Smoking is only permitted on the Pavilion deck using the ashtrays that are provided. Any breach of the ‘No Smoking Indoors’ policy will result in an additional cleaning charge of $500.
Respect for other Retreat Guests and our neighbouring properties in relation to noise and behaviour is required at all times. Management reserves the right to ask any Guests making excessive noise or bad behaviour to leave the Retreat without any refund.
Check-In and Check-Out
Personalised Check-In from3pm until 8pm
- Any vehicle and/or luggage drop-off prior to 3pm will incur a surcharge
- Arrivals between 8pm and 9pm incur a $50 surcharge
- Arrivals between 9pm and 10pm incur a $100 surcharge
- Arrivals between 10pm and 11pm incur a $150 surcharge
- Arrivals between 11pm and 12 midnight incur a $200 surcharge
- Arrivals after midnight by arrangement only
Check Out is Departure from the Retreat by 11am
Cleaning and Damages
Should the Pavilion be left in a condition that requires more than our usual cleaning time, we reserve the right to charge the credit card of the person making the booking any additional cleaning charges. Any additional cleaning charges will based on our staff pay rates including any weekend or penalty rates. We also reserve the right to engage a third party to recover funds owing on our behalf.
In the event of damage to fixtures, equipment, appliances or property loss, we reserve the right to charge the credit card of the person making the booking to cover the cost of repairs or replacement (including but not limited to repair costs and lost revenues). We also reserve the right to engage a third party to recover funds owing on our behalf.
Changes and Cancellations
- A fee of $100.00 will apply to any booking where it is either cancelled, or the dates of the booking are amended within any period over 30 days prior to arrival.
- For bookings cancelled or the dates amended between 15-30 days, 50% of the total cost will be charged. A $100 administrative fee will apply in lieu of the 50% charge if the Pavilion is able to be re-booked.
- For bookings cancelled or dates amended between 0 and 14 days, there will be a 100% charge of the total booking if that booking cannot be re-filled. The $100 fee will still apply to cancellations or changes to the booking if the Pavilion is able to be re-booked.
- Any amendments to a confirmed booking, including upgrading or downgrading Pavilions, cancellations of platters or extras or a reduction of room nights will incur a $100 administration fee.
- Any Platters, Massages or Extra Items cancelled within seven days of the Arrival date will incur a 100% charge of the total amount owing. No refunds will be given for any Platters, Massages or Extra Items that are cancelled within 7 days of Arrival date.
- In the case of a ‘no show’, 100% of the total booking will be charged to your credit card.
Jurisdiction
The laws of the state of New South Wales, Australia govern this Agreement. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
